When my son left his wet rubber shoes inside his bag, one cleaning tips that i tried and works was baking soda. I poured and shake it into his shoes, wrapped with newspaper and leave it overnight and presto, the nasty smell was gone! Just don't forget to shake out the excess powder before wearing it: )

| Like vinegar, baking soda is also an all around cleaning solution. It is non abrasive, can be used for removing stains and foul odors. You can also use this for baking and washing the clothes. |

And to keep my house clean and free from creepy crawling creatures, i placed Pandan leaves to shoo away the cockroaches in every corner of my house. Pandan leaves help to repel cockroaches because of its sweet aromatic smell. |

| Pandan leaves on top of my toilet bowl. By the way, they said that toilet bowls come up shiny when cleaned with old, flat Coke or Pepsi. Leave overnight to dissolve limescale. I haven't tried. |

| Always place a liquid or bar soap on top of your sink so that kids can easily reach them for hand washing. When your bar soap gets down to that last small piece, save it in a liquid hand soap bottle with some warm water in it. Shake it up and use it as liquid hand soap. |
